I have been totally pumped up since I watched this video now 2x since my good friend and business partner Larry Rivera sent out an email with this link => Tony Robbins with Frank Kern and John Reese

No worries, there are no strings attached, no opt-in requireed and NO product to buy!

That’s right these amazing entrepreneurs are giving you PURE value for nothing, nada, zilch… Okay there is one tiny cost, about 30 minutes of your time.

However, I can promise you it’s worth it, truly worth it! I have blasted and spread this video out all over the place including one of my business blogs the Perfect Funded Proposal where I wrote a different spin on the message.

Here’s the deal, many of us have or are currently plagued with self-doubt, stinking thinking, worry, uncertainty, and/or (insert any other negative emotion or action here).

Whether it is someone else’s belief, one we created, etc. These beliefs, these thoughts end up manifesting in to our lives.

Now some people do not believe what they think about and believe really has any affect on what happens around them… And for those people I challenge them to take a good look at their life and take a good look at what’s going on in their head to see if they notice any patterns and similarities.

Even at a young age I really got psychology on many levels, I was often told I have an old soul.

I picked up on patters and all kinds of things going on in my world and the people around me.

There were a few things that I did not pick up on, mainly because I did not have any one or thing to model that off of to figure it out until a few years ago.

See growing up, I saw a lot of what I did not want in my life. I’m not just talking about lack of money, I am talking about unhealthy relationships and unhealthy living in general.

So I really knew from my surroundings what I really did not want in my life. As well as other things innately I knew I did not want because they did not resonate with my overall purpose at those times in my life.

The issue was not that I knew what I wanted as well as what I clearly did not want.

The issue was I kept reminding myself of what I did not want, I thought about it a lot.

I don’t want this, I don’t want that, I am never going to do this or that and so on.

I really thought by knowing what I did not want and continually reminding myself of what I did not want that I would keep myself on the path for happiness, success and prosperity that I knew I deserved.

I was okay for a bit and I had a bit of success, then all of the sudden everything got crazy. I lost my job, I lost my place to live and a plethora of other crazy events took place that where minor compared to the examples I just provided.

Before I knew it I was living the life I swore I would never have, unhealthy relationship, debt, pain, hurt and all.

See while I was great at understanding way more than most even at a young age about psychology and human behavior, I never had a model in my life that taught me the pattern of a healthy mindset.

Sure I knew about thinking positively, heck even back then people thought I was the most insanely positive person around.

But there was an important piece of the puzzle I was missing. By missing this one piece I created my worst nightmare
vs. living to my true potential.

When I found the Law of Attraction (which is just one part of mindset and universal law) about 1.5 years ago all of a sudden my life flashed before my eyes and I realized I had it backwards. It was great to know what I didn’t want, but I shouldn’t be reminding myself about it all the time. Instead, I should have been reminding myself always what I wanted.

So my friend, it is truly all about your mindset and your thoughts.

It has not been a slam run hit since I got that piece, I am undoing 26.5 years of doing it wrong and now almost 1.5 years restructuring the patterns. Have I relapsed several times? You betcha! The pattern I have noticed since is the tools to keep me from continuing to self-sabotage (relapse) are constantly fine tuning my mindset, learning, implementing and surrounding myself with people that get it like these guys => Tony Robbins with Frank Kern and John Reese

What’s your breaking point? When will you be ready to break through to your true potential? When is enough, truly enough?

After you are done watching the video, come back and comment here and sound off, what did you get out of it?

~Have GRATITUDE for all & choose to have a GREAT day~

Why I killed the can't out of my vocabulary and how and why you should as well.

I originally wrote this back on February 8th, 2008 and have since tweaked it to bring it in the now. I noticed “can’t” creeping back into my vocabulary and knew it was time to revisit/revamp this article and share it with you.

I felt compelled to write about this phrase… It was a phrase I decided to remove from my vocabulary, including speech and thoughts.

Why???

Because several months prior to February 8th, 2008, I had an “ah ha!” moment on the whole “I can’t” or I cannot” phrase.

I had really heard myself say, I’ can’t” and I said, “WAIT!!!!!!!”

It has nothing to do with the fact that I cannot, it has to do with the fact that I choose not to.

I kept hearing people use this word, this phrase over and over and decided to write about it and help some people out in the process including myself!

See to every problem there are many solutions, sometimes we have to look hard to find it, get creative and sometimes the solution may not be what we expected or want, but indeed it is still a solution.

Just like when one door closes on a phase, person or opportunity in our life, many more open doors open for us.

Just like everything happens for a reason, we may not know that reason immediately, but if we pay attention the Universe/God whatever you prefer will whack us upside the head with it, it may be in minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or years but the reason will come.

You always have a choice and can literally choose whatever you prefer with anything!

Like whether we want to think self-defeating thoughts or positive ones.

Whether we want to find the positive no matter how dim the situation may appear or choose to wallow in the negative.

Whether we want to stay in a miserable relationship or move on.

The same goes with “I can’t” it isn’t that you can’t you can always choose to do or not to do Something.

So, I CHALLENGE YOU to throw this phrase “I can’t/cannot” as well as the word “can’t/cannot” out of your vocabulary and your THOUGHTS forever!

Realize YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE, to do or not to do, so fess up and own up to your decision to not or to do your choice.

You have the power, so harness it.

Yeah at first it will be tough, we are use to saying this word.

It’s been almost a year since I originally wrote this and it still creeps into my vocabulary from time to time.

The difference is I now notice it immediately and self-correct myself.

I ask myself is that really true that I can’t or is it that I choose not to and if so why am I choosing not to?

So instead of, “I can’t get on the conference call I have to watch my favorite show.” Try, “I am watching my favorite show and choose not to attend the conference call.”

Own up to YOUR CHOICES, it is mighty EMPOWERING!

I warn you it can be HABIT FORMING and ADDICTIVE but this is one addiction we should all have!

You can do this, you can do ANYTHING!

Some other great articles I found for you on the subject:

1. 7 Words to Banish from your Vocabulary

2. Toxic Vocabulary and Statements to Avoid

SOUND OFF: Have you decided to kill can’t/cannot in your life or have already? If so, share your experience.
